Good product needs a little more thought to be really good.

Product appears to be well made. The gel pack is tough to get back into the pouch especially when heated. And the company absolutely has to double the length of the restraining strap so that it fits around chair backs. The present length does not come close even on kitchen chairs.

The item I purchased had a CRC number of 80438 but it does not appear on your list. However, the straps are not long enough to go around the chair and the product is small.
