Poor adhesive applicator

I didn't like the poor way the adhesive came out of the container….it did not go onto the applicator -but rather came out of the bottle onto my hands…..I applied the adhesive with my hands and made it work that way. The adhesive did a good job of adhering my wallpaper border over a painted wall.
