Ashwagandha an excellent stress reliever. Recommended dosage is half filler mixed with warm water. This could be taken once a day. Recommended consumption time is prior to going to bed, in the night. Gave a good night's sleep and felt fresh in the morning whilst waking up. Felt very fresh for 3-4 hours post waking up and completely distressed. Recommend this product for anyone looking for stress relief, good sleep and a feeling fresh, without any side effects.

I have to say I was very skeptical with this. This is all natural and says it helps with immune system and reduces stress, and also boosts energy. you use half a dropper full every day, they give you the dropper so you can use as a cap after you open it. it says to use in water because it does have a taste. it's kind of sweet but the overall taste is really barely there. it does contain milk if some are sensitive. it has ashwagandha, purified water, organic grape alcohol, maple syrup, and organic cacao. none of this have listed how much each is in this. I was concerned about the taste when I read maple syrup was in it, I do not like maple syrup. but I have to say I do not taste any maple syrup at all. in fact I actually really like using this, it really does seem to boost my energy after I take it, I have 2 small kids and I need all the energy I can get. I always have stresses in my life, this does seem to make me not dwell on them like I would normally. I really really like this stuff, I cannot speak for the immune system, but I have not been sick so maybe that's why. but I really like this, I feel like I have enough energy for me to clean, look after my kids, dogs, exercise, and still have tons of energy, I am not lying you have to try this, if you are feeling sluggish or worrying too much about stuff you cannot control, you have got to give this a shot, I cannot tell you how much this has helped me over the last two weeks, try it!
