Taste great
The quality of these is amazing and there is no nasty ingredients in them. That well to me are nasty that I can't have due to my allergens. They are definitely part of my daily life and they are good amount of potency for what I need even at the age of 29 the size is the same, as another brand I've had before and I absolutely love them and they taste just as good as the other brand I have had before. What's good with these ones as a portion goes to charity. I definitely can see the effects of these and the packaging size is quite good for the price.
