When those in the household was going through something, this helped. She is breastfeeding so she can only take regular and unsure about the NyQuil. Either way, it did and mostly does do what she needed it for. The size keeps shrinking and price rising and harder to find the duo pack, but was able to make it through both breastfeeding both children and going to school in addition to using other stuff of course.

There really is nothing like Dayquil, it takes effect immediately. You do pay more for the real deal, but there is a difference. One change I wasn't happy with was the two pack that includes a Nyquil, they changed from the green menthol vapor to a red (berry).
