Very Versatile

The Rambler has quickly become an indispensable travel companion. I've taken it camping, used it to power my laptop at the coffee shop and I have even flown across the country with it. I was a little bit worried that it would get flagged by TSA, but I have had no issues with it in my carry-on bag. I especially love that I don't have to search for a power outlet at the terminal when I am flying. It is bigger than the 20K power bank that I had been using for a few years, but having a built-in AC outlet, wireless charging and more power capacity is worth it for me. I currently have an iPhone 12Pro that has an internal 2,815mah battery and the Rambler provides nearly 4 phone recharges before I need to recharge it. However, I am usually using my phone at the same time so that is likely impacting my recharge rate to some extent. I was pleasantly surprised by the solid design, and I have really liked the digital display that shows the wattage being used and the battery life percentage remaining, so I don't have to guess. All in all, I've loved it and have even received a few compliments from fellow travelers.

Great, but....

My experience_x000D_ _x000D_ Pros:_x000D_ - Fit and finish are top notch like all other NEBO products._x000D_ - Built in display with power consumption is very informative._x000D_ - Built in AC inverter is very nice_x000D_ - Connection compatibility is great with all the available options for charging_x000D_ - Built in light could be handy, but if you're already a NEBO customer then you probably have better lighting options._x000D_ _x000D_ CONS:_x000D_ - 5200 mAh really isn't that much, and you may be expecting more capacity based on size of this power bank, this will charge my iPhone twice at best, and if you plug a laptop into it you will get maybe 30 minutes of use. I have an Anker power bank that is 1/4 the physical size and it has 20,000 mAh of capacity, so if you're just charging phones/watches, then the Anker is a WAY better solution because it takes forever to deplete._x000D_ - Mine will always randomly shut off on USB power after about 15 min, but then once I turn it back on a second time it will stay on. (This is while I have something charging) This would be disappointing if I were to walk away and expect it to keep charging, only to come back and find out that it turned itself off._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, this thing is cool looking and built well, but really just kind of novel in its intent. This will realistically only get you some charge if you are in a bind. If you are thinking this will get you through a weekend of camping keeping your phone and watch charged with MAYBE even using the AC power for something, then you will be disappointed unless you have a solar trickle plugged into it simultaneously. I was captivated by looks and features that I didn't pay attention to actual specs. Do your math and figure out if 5200 mAh is really worth the price point before you purchase.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. For clarification, the single cell equivalent capacity for the Rambler 100 is 26000mAh. The power station operates at a higher voltage of 18.25V. The total energy of the battery pack is 94.9Wh (18.25V*5200mAh). This may also be calculated considering the single cell equivalent (3.65V * 26000mAh). The Rambler 100 is designed with a higher voltage configuration for increased efficiency for the AC and USB-C high output ports. The higher voltage configuration also provides more consistent power delivery and versatility for connecting more devices.

Does what it says, kinda, sorta, maybe like 1/2

Not that great, definitely way to expensive for what it does. I have a galaxy note 20 ultra cell phone and I can charge it twice and the rambler 100 is almost dead. I've used it 4 separate times to charge my phone because I forgot my power bank at home. First time I charged it wireless took almost 3hrs, probably cause it only wireless charges at 10w instead of the industry standard of 15w. When it was done charging my phone it was at 47% battery. The next evening (around 24 hours later) still not home so used it again. This time with an ac plug auto regulated 12,15,25,45,65w plug and transfer/charge cable. Started at 35% power on the rambler. Took just over an hour to charge the phone this time, definitely alot fast with an ac plug than wireless charge.but unfortunately killed the nebo. The rambler ran out of juice right as my phone Completed charge. So 2 full charges of a note 20 ultra. This Is my first use and interaction with this power station. A 2 day excursion away from home with nothing but the nebo. Definitely better than nothing. The next weekend, ended up away from home unsuspectedlly again and yet again didn't have anything but the nebo rambler 100, fully charged and ready to go. This time I used the usb-c to usb-c port on the nebo. Took just over 2.5.hrs, faster than wireless obviously, but slower than the ac plug.when note 20 ultra was fully charged I was at about 43% power left on the nebo. And yet again the next evening I used it again this time with the ac plug, same ugly and cable AZ the previous time mentioned. To the same result, just over 1.5 hour to a full charge. This time the nebo didn't die immediately. I had a about 13% left on it and that wasn't even enough to charge my 18650 vape battery.
