She can eat ice cream, fettuccine Alfredo and so many other “creamy:milky” foods. She carries it whenever she goes. It calms her anxiety about foods so much! cheapest at walmart! fast acting which is great when lactose intolerant price has gone up over the past 5 years by about 2$ but the off brand majes u take more per dairy serving then name brand amd chewables are good for kids but as long as ur an adukt the pills are better as long as you swallow it correctly ciz it will leave a chalky type of taste where it gets stuck which is nasty!
