Instructions
Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours, do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to under 12 years: give 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6-8 hours, do not give more than 3 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children 2 to under 6 years: give 1/2 tablet every 6-8 hours, do not give more than 1 1/2 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Store at room temperature 68-77 degrees f (20-25 degrees c). To prevent motion sickness, the first dose should be taken 1/2 to 1 hour before starting activity. To prevent or treat motion sickness, see below: Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Bought for a fishing boat trip. I did use it once immediately before getting on a boat before but still spent the day seasick and vomiting overboard. I was advised to take Dramamine each day a few days in advance before a boat outing, and this time it was very effective and I had minimal nausea.

fantastic product
the product mentions that if you can take it before you experience symptoms that would be best which is true. in my case I was experiencing cyber sickness and it was a very bad case actually strained my eyes pretty bad and it was able to help with a dizziness significantly. if you could take it beforehand you probably would only need to take half of the maximum dosage but in my case where the dizziness is coming on already I need the full dose .
