This is my second ulu. The first one disappeared from my kitchen a couple weeks ago. (How do you lose something like that?) I knew I couldn't function well without it, so found this one on Walmart's site online. It's not exactly the same, but nearest my previous one that I saw, and it had good reviews. Turned out, I like it even better than my first one. The grip is more comfortable, it's well weighted, cleans up easily. The safety strip is very smart to keep the blade sharp in the drawer, without cuts to careless hands. I really depend on this handy tool for chopping vegetables, cutting meat, bread, pizza, and even serving desserts. I can't imagine working in my kitchen without it!
