Was afraid if the stand would provide the clearance for a center speaker on top of the entertainment center for a 55 inch TV. And yes, yes it did! The height for speaker on entertainment center was at 28 inch. The speaker does not interfere w the viewing of the television. Looking for a 65 inch TV next time.

I bought this stand so that I could use my 32" TV as a computer monitor in front of the sofa. It is sturdy, well made, and heavy enough I don't have to worry about my 2 cats knocking it over when they get the "zoomies". The instructions were quite well written and easy to follow.
