Mikasa Italian Countryside 8.5-inch Vegetable Bowl

It is big enough for lots of shellfish and delicious broth. Typical soup bowls are too small and awkward. It is easy to put a good size piece of garlic bread to the side to soak up the broth. Set the bowl on top of a matching dinner plate and it is a meal in itself. I got three with my two sets of dinnerware and had to order more. Obviously is great for vegetables or dinner salads too.

Unfortunately, I broke one of the original bowls this size and needed to replace it because I use it very often for both hot and cold items. This is a very versatile pattern that looks great with matching ivory -- or even better with bright accent pieces.
