Failed - Defective assembly and components.

Failed after less than one hour of cumulative run time. Two chip capacitors shorted and one solder pad had no solder paste at all. (never subjected to any water ingress) Wires to the lithium battery crushed against heat sink. Would have eventually shorted. I replaced the capacitors with similar, soldered connection and rerouted wiring. Unit now works. Though I have concerns of reliability of other components.
