In the video there is no instruction on how to do the moves properly. He is also in front of a black screen with black flooring where you can't really tell where his movements are going - There is another view of him from the back but it is also on a black background. For someone who already knows Tai Chi this would probably be a wonderful video because it's all free flow, but not for a beginner.
