They are great earplugs! I have meniers disease and loud noises are painful for me. They stay put all day, but come evening they need to be taken out and and reinserted. And they're less noticeable

if you Follow the instructions/ directions and a average size male head and Ears then perhaps you have the same experience. in my fingers the ear foam was as my 1st girl friends N. Si Soft but firm, as it grew into place. I have on running. y shark air cleaner on full blast- my neighbor is smoking- ahuuuu some more. . PRAISE JESUS. darn good sound block!!! comfortable- i would buy again..

Effective, soft and comfortable.

I have been using Mack's Ultra Soft Foam Ear Plugs for sleeping for many years. I've tried others but they are not soft enough and actually hurt my ear canals when I sleep on my side. I also use them when I fly to muffle the sound of the airplane engines. They last a long time.
