Great shoes, but

I purchased both the white and black versions. The black work great in the winter times at our golf club. I purchased the 2 pair of white shoes for the summer time. I get a little more than 1-1/2 years per pair. I am wearing an older pair of the black ones now. Great shoes, sorry they are being dropped by Walmart.

Brother-in-law has been wearing the Avia Men's Quickstep Strap Wide Width Walking Shoes for years and I just replaced them for him. He says they are comfortable and very supportive for an 82 year old! Hope in another few years they will still be a brand that Walmart carries.

He's had them for a little while now and he's still think that they were a great shoe choice. He has a wider foot and their standard wide fit him very well. Yes, I would recommend these shoes.
