The original evergreen spruce candles from mainstay has been changed to a vanilla scented candle. I'm allergic to any vanilla scent so I tired these and they are more like the evergreen spruce scent. I have these lit from November to February because they help my seasonal depression..

Fire Hazard

I've burned this candle on several other occasions without incident. But when I decided to light it tonight it could have been disastrous! It was about 3/4 of the way down when I lit it 2 hours ago. It just caught fire and the wax was actually on fire with a flame about 4 inches high. This was the first Mainstays candle I've ever bought and I will never buy another one. It could have cost us our home. I've tried several times to attach the photo and despite changing the file size, it will not allow me to attach a photo.
