- VEGETABLE TANNED & FULL GRAIN LEATHER: Leather that has not been altered beyond hair removal. It is the most genuine of leathers, retaining all of the hides original texture and markings. Never received order
Never received item and customer service at Walmart was extremely unprofessional and shady / rude . The first representative I spoke to told me that the photo did not show any proof of delivery or address and that the order was eligible for a refund . When she transferred me to finish the process, I was told something completely different. The woman was very rude and tried to dodge my question about why I wasn't eligible for the refund yet because the photo showed no proof of delivery . She told me that the other woman shouldn't have told me that and asked for the woman's name instead of acknowledging the question asked. I asked to speak to someone else and she yelled at me saying “ they will just tell you the same thing but fine!!.” Awful experience . Still not sure if I will actually receive a refund
