Either way, it was delicious and worked exactly in a pinch. I was starving and out of time in less than 10 minutes. I ate 2 patties with a little homemade tartar sauce got my protein in now. I'm gonna go to sleep much needed rest..

I love these little patties, I grab one put it in the air fryer and make my healthy version of the fish sandwich at McDonald's but way better fresh tomato fresh lettuce tartar sauce melted provolone cheese sometimes if not lettuce some coleslaw gives it just the right bite on a whole wheat bun so good and you can count all your calories no exactly what you're getting if you're trying to watch the waistline
