First of all the padding is perfect and still gives you shape without squishing you, but there is also a lot of support and comfort for weight training, cross training, or throwing on a sweater and running errands. I like them because you don't see any seams so I find myself reaching for them when I wear knit dresses because sometimes lace bralettes can show a pattern and texture through, but these are flat and seamless and very flattering. I also like the color combination in this bundle. And the best part - the pads do not bunch a lot like some others.
