I have tried other brands of smoked sausage and Eckrich is definitely a top contender. They have a great smoky flavor and I like the taste. This package is a little pricey but it will make several meals when cooking for a family. I use them in several dishes I make. If price is an issue I will buy the little smokies instead. It is a versatile meat that can be used for breakfast or dinner. I definitely recommend them.

Amazing Product

I don't eat smoked sausage because I only eat a certain brand. I decided to try a different brand of smoked sausage and I had bought Eckrich's other brand so I decided to buy their smoked sausage and to my surprise I was amazed at the taste and texture. It was very sweet and delicious. My grandchildren love it. I had cooked jambalaya and this smoked skinless sausage gave it a sweet flavor to my jambalaya. I had never tried their skinless smoked sausage before until now. I serve it as a breakfast sausage because my family loves it. If my late husband was here, he would love it because he was a smoked sausage lover. I'm sold on this brand and will purchase more at Walmart.
