Tru Catch Traps Gravity Locking 2-Door Live Animal Trap Mesh

This is the trap I have been looking for. I have used it before, it is the right size and humane for transporting ferral cats. Glad I found it thru Walmart.

This is a great cat trap. I really like that there are two doors and that it is easy to set. I also like the size of the trap and that it is not awkward to handle. The second door makes it easy to put the bait/food at the opposite end of the trap. Because one of the doors can be opened guillotine style, it can be aligned with a drop trap, which is helpful because you need a transfer trap when setting a drop trap. However, it is easy to accidently open the doors of the trap (especially on the guillotine side). They provide a carabiner to lock it, but it would be helpful if there was an actual lock. I ended up going to Home Depot and making a lock for the trap. I also recommend making using something on the bottom of the trap (I took an old plastic lid and cut it so that it would fit on the bottom of the trap - so that the cat would be more comfortable). Overall, I recommend this trap (just be careful and learn how to use it correctly prior to setting it and to practice with it).
