- This screen printing machine is mainly used for printing item with flat surface in cylinder or cone shape, such as pipes, rod, buckets. The diameter of the cylindrical and conical products should be within 12-31inch. The size of the printing pattern should be within 20inch(length)*24inch(width).
- 2 gravity balance plates are equipped on the side of the screen frame slide rail. After printing, the screen frame will lift automatically. The lifting angle of the screen can be adjusted by a upper supporting device to prevent over lifting. The frame will remain firm and stable in the printing process.
- The height of the holding wheels can be adjusted within 6inch. The distance between the printed products holding racks (from front to back) can be adjusted and the adjusting range is 6-18inch. There are two rods for locating the printed products. The length of the two rods is 18inch. The max. distance between them is 53inch and the min. distance between them is 10inch.
- The height of the screen frame can be easily adjusted within 7.9inch. The length of the squeegee rack can be adjusted. The max. distance between the squeegee and the frame clamp is 24inch and the min. distance is 13inch. Two screen frames with the inner size of 16×20inch and two pieces of rubber squeegees are included with the machine.

Introduction:

2. Double height adjustment structure to suit printing of different diameters.
1). The rear main frame is manually fine-tuned height with a maximum adjustment distance of 20cm. Loosen the connecting bolts of the main frame and adjust the lifting handle by hand . After reaching the appropriate height, tighten the connecting bolts of the main frame to complete the height adjustment.
2). The substrate support rack manually fine adjustment height, the maximum adjustment distance is 15 cm; Loosen the upper and lower connecting bolts of the support rack; Adjust the lifting handle manually. After reaching the appropriate height, tighten the upper and lower connecting bolts of the support frame to complete the height adjustment.
3). For taper drum printing, it can be realized by adjusting the different heights of the four substrate support rack. By adjusting the height of the support rack, the top of the taper drum is horizontal and fits with the bottom of the screen plate.
4. Both sides can adjust the length of the limit bar 45 cm, used to locate the placement of the substrate, the maximum distance between the two bar is 135 cm; The minimum distance is 25cm, the lever can be adjusted up and down, can be used according to the need to use the limit on one side or both sides.
5. Connect the screen plate sliding three optical axis on both ends are installed finite position ring, can lock the screen plate movement distance according to the pattern printing distance.
