Verified Purchase

Company never actually shipped my product.

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift allowing for plenty of time for delivery. I placed the order and a label was created (does not mean FedEx had the package) it stayed in limbo until I inquired about it and was offered an immediate refund. The company selling through wal-mart never communicated any issues with me and never answered emails until my refund was issued. Wal-mart trying to sell items from other vendors (like Amazon) isn't working so well. This is not the first time this has happened.
