I ordered this product and waited patiently watching the tracking ship from manufacturer to NJ where I live just for it to turn around and be delivered back to the manufacturer. I never received it, and I got emails saying my package was delivered. They said there was an error with the label . Fine, so ship it back again to me or send me another. They said they can't, something like we can't give you a replacement, only a refund. I told them I want a replacement, just ship me the original that was shipped back to you. They then said they didn't have any left. This was the biggest runaround I have ever heard a cost me 2 weeks I didn't have waiting for a toilet bowl I never got. Biggest waste of time, at least tell me it broke in transit or something and and that is why they don't have any more, lies.
