Beautiful Life Saving Grab Saving

I love this grab bar. It's gorgeous & very sturdy when screwed into beams. Only issue is that it was missing the screw to complete this step - Slide escutcheons over wall plates. Secure the grab bar in place with the SETSCREWS PROVIDED. Could I get just one of those screws mailed to me?
