2.0 gpf after two flushes!

We have owned the San Raphael model for at least 5 years but just replaced it with a competitor's 1.2 gpf toilet. Despite calls to Kohler, adjustments to the flush mechanism and even replacement of the flush valve, this toilet would never empty the bowl in a single flush. Great design -- poor performance.

Expensive Toilet requires Cleaning of toilet after EVERY Flush

The flush is so weak that we have to clean the toilet after EVERY flush. Thankful we have a separate bidet. Super loud flush, and then the water trickles into the toilet. Most of the inside of the toilet bowl are untouched by water. Expected better for an expensive toilet. Our cheapest toilet from 20 years ago flushes better.

This model is a pressure assisted toilet which is equipped with a Sloan Pressure Vessel. Please ensure the supply stop is open all of the way and that the plunger arm is activating or attempting to activate the actuator when the trip lever is pushed. If the plunger arm is not activating or attempting to activate, please adjust the gap between the actuator and the plunger arm to approximately 1/16"-1/8".
