A total of 10 service centers over 21 days. That means it was loaded and unloaded some 20 times, not to mention the times it was moved around within a warehouse while waiting to get loaded on the next truck. As expected the pallet looked like it had been through a shredder but miraculously the pan survived without damage although it was pretty filthy by the time it arrived.
I am sure when Kohler ships to their own distribution centers with full trucks the items don't get this much handling and the packaging is adequate. In the world of LTL your packaging barely survives. You might want to reconsider how you pack things for direct to consumer LTL shipping.
