Worked perfectly on our Kohler Villager tub!

I installed this on our Villager tub. It was a little confusing at first and I thought we were doomed after reading the reviews, but then I realized that you need to compress the flex joint on the overflow pipe in order to shorten it to fit a 14” tub. Imagine it is like an accordion that is fully extended and you need to close it. Hopefully this is useful for other people installing this drain on shorter bathtubs and maybe Kohler should add that to the instruction sheet!?!?
