[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A review for this type of item seems like an assignment from an English teacher who has a grudge. Well here goes.. I bought a Kohler toilet seat because of Kohler's reputation and also because it was for a Kohler toilet figuring it should fit. The quality was as expected. I really like the easy removable feature, it makes for very easy and thorough cleaning. The slow lowering of the seat and cover to reduce noise is nice. Very easy to install.

The original seat on our toilet had worn out after a long time (totally reasonable). We needed to replace it quickly and with one of the same size, color and fit .. and this was it! The description and specs on the web site were very helpful in getting the right match. The packaging and installation instructions were very clear. Kohler toilet seat

The seat is perfect. I installed it myself and being an older senior citizen I was very proud that I didn't have to ask a family member for help. However, I think I threw away a crucial part....the part that is like a 5" tube that fits in the lid separating the little hinges. When I was installing the lid I thought that was just a packaging piece. Is there anyway I can order one of those pieces? Thank you
