This is standard issue USMC gear. Literally if you signed up boom, you'd have it. A lot of the unrealistic sizes seem to keep popping up. You find them on ebay all the time. I got stuck with a set from ebay under the exact circumstance. Need to be six foot with 26 inch waist.
