very satisfied I'm a groomer and all the ladies I work with love it. We use it as a face sanitary and feet trim for dogs that hate noise and strong vibrations. its work the 10 bucks and the only thing to maintain its life span is you have to oil it constantly to keep the battery life going. I use walgreens brand batteries and it works perfectly fine. I will purchase again if need be ..its still going strong after year! :)
