Master Jong Soo Park will show you not just the basic forms of Tae Kwon Do in two different speeds: learning mode and performance speed. He will also show you the essence of the patterns showing the most important moves and then he will show the self defense applications of many of the moves from each of the forms and what it is that they are trying to accomplish.
