My order came in a very timely fashion. When I was making sure all of the pieces where there, was missing some hardware. After almost having it together, took several tries as the directions were very vague, it broke. Was very disappointed. Contacted the help desk and was able to get an email with a bar code to return it to my store. The return process was super easy!
