Wrong side wall sizes sent with tent

I ordered this product and took it on a camping trip. The tent is amazing but when it started to rain, we tried putting the side walls up. They are 10*10 not 12*12 so it didn't fit. I am hoping they will send me the proper sides because we really like it.
