These pads have great absorption properties. If you're not bleeding heavily, I highly recommend these pads for the daytime and casual activities. They'll hold you up to 5 hours in my experience, although I do have an IUD so that may be why. Either way, I highly recommend this company for their low-cost, but effective, menstrual products.
