We offer 90 days from the date that was purchase of manufacture warranty for our products. If there's a defective merchandise, you will need a return authorization number must be obtained prior to return from customer service at 562-921-8288, or request by fax at 562-921-8388. The R.A. # must be marked clearly on the cartons to ensure proper credit. Merchandise is to be return freight prepaid. returns without R.A. # will be refused by receiving department. If merchandise returns that are for non-defective goods must be approved and assigned a return authorization number as well. A 20% restocking charge will be apllied and all return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Item must be returned in orginial resalable packaging and must not have any markings or tags attached. If incorrect orders or other problems must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If we are not notified within that time period, we will assume the order has been accepted as shipped and will not assume responsibility. We highly recommend that the merchandise be inspected upon receipt to determine if there is any damage from shipping, as the carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery upon pick up from Ore International Inc. if any damage to the cartons for merchandise is found, please obtain the carrier's notation of damaged merchandise and file all claims with the carrier for loss and damage. Beautiful lamp!
I was totally surprised when I took the lamp out of the box, it's excellent! It was very heavy to lift out of the box. At that point I knew it wasn't made out of plastic or junk. Real brass and alabaster, the finishes are really pretty. This is not some piece of junk. Yea, I know what your saying to yourself right now "Walmart only sells junk". I too have recieved items from Walmart that broke the first time I used them, but this is not the same. It's high end and high quality. I'm just real please with my purchase.

Better than I hoped
Just received my new lamp and it is GORGEOUS. Had to tap on the alabaster to make sure it wasn't real. It is taller than I imagined and heavy for stability. Love it.

I ordered a pair of these lamps which were to have white shades. The bases on the pair I received are lovely - and I'm very happy with the night light feature. However, the shades are an off white / beige color and, WORSE, they're noticeably two different shades! This is a significant problem as they'll both be used in the same room. One shade has a texture and the other is smooth. It would be too much trouble to return the lamps at this point so after spending just under $150 for a pair of lamps, now I'll have to shop for and buy new shades so my new lamps will match. Finally, even though the bases were wrapped well, the metal part where the bulb screws in was bent to the side on both lamps. It bent back easily to look straight again, but I can't help but wonder at the longevity of major parts that bend so easily. So I'm giving three stars for these lamps, based only on the fact that the bases are as beautiful as pictured.
