In just under a month I could feel the effects! I took 2 times a day whenever I would eat and so after the first 2 weeks I noticed I was visually harder WOW! And even more abundance in my moment of climax, even more than I imagined HOLY COW! But these effects show best when you add a workout routine (which I did.)
