Bar-B-Q in your oven
We bought one of these last year to use in our RV when I didn't feel like firing up the bar-B-Q. Loved it so much we decided to get another to use at home. Works great for fish, steaks and chops. The thickness of the pan ensure the signature BBQ lines on whatever you are cooking, the size is just right for two and cleanup is a breeze.

Great Griddle and made in USA!!!
Excellent, made in the USA and made well. This griddle is a little heavy and that is what you need for searing. You will need a grease screen for some steaks, this for safety and they help keep the stove clean. This is a new way of cooking so I went light on the heat and time, there is a learning curve. Better to check then ruin a good steak, mine worked out fine. I will be trying the beer can cooker next, apartments won't let you have Bar B Q's so this is working out fine. The only downside is that I didn't realize that this was a special day pricing or I would have gotten another for a friend. PM

Best grill pan we've ever enjoyed cleaning up
Already had this Viking grill pan at twice the price listed here, and wanted a second one. The only pan we've ever grilled on that truly cleans up with no scrubbing, and after much use, the first pan has no scratches at all on it. Excellent for grill and oven. Heavy, durable. We will use this pan for upcoming house warming gifts.
