Very versatile with easy set-up
I only just recieved this item but so far the set up was straight forward and simple. There are a variety of parts that come with the wire tank topper which increases accessability to the uper levels for my hamsters. This wire topper allows me to stack bedding higher in my glass hamster tank so that I can fit more enrichment down below without them being able to climb out the top. I saw someone else stacked 2 of these together for even more versatility. I like that these customization options are available. I also like that multiple different types of security clips come built in with this tank to ensure that small animals cannot escape between the tank and this topper. It is easy for human hands to take this topper off once the clips are unhooked from the tank.

Perfect Gerbil Setup!
When we adopted a gerbil from our local shelter, we had purchased an adorable hamster setup... Little did we know, gerbils will chew right through the plastic that hamster accessories and cages are made from. This is the most perfect solution. We purchased a 10 gallon tank for $14.00 at our local Walmart, then we ordered this cage topper online. The cage top arrived within a couple days of ordering! We have had it for a few weeks now. It is very easy to open and close to access the food dish and to put in bedding and hay. It is also very easy to clean. It is very sturdy and I suspect it will last the lifetime of the gerbil and then some. Very pleased!
