It's amazing how close these come out of an air fryer compared to deep fried at the store. Really impressed at the taste and texture for frozen fries. I will say, it's easy to think they aren't done cooking and to keep them in a bit too long. There isn't a lot of color change. When they are overcooked, they get hard real quick, so that's something to be mindful of.
