What you order is not what you get

I ordered two packs of 12 books (24 total books) and received two packs of 2 books (4 total books). I've contacted the vendor twice and walmart says they will respond within 48 hours and that hasn't been the case. Communication is non existent. Out of the 4 books I received, two of them had smudges from dirty fingers in the area that the student is intended to draw. No thank you.
