A good product - except for one thing...

This product is fine except for one thing - the pin mount is made of plastic, and it breaks all the time. I've had my hand held shower for less than two years and I've had to replace this part twice. Does Delta make a product similar to this one with a METAL pin mount?????

Hi rel2099, Thanks for your review! I believe you may be referring to the U4002-PK, which is plastic. If that is the case, please check out the U5002-PK, which is brass construction. I'll follow up with you via email to make sure we resolve this. Thanks, JessW

Faulty Design or poor quality control

I'm on my third replacement. They all seem to have the same problem -- water spraying out of the swivel joint of the connector. Doesn't matter if I tighten it light or hard, use plumbing tape or not, they've all leaked. Delta has been great about sending out replacements, but it is a pain to have to keep reinstalling the product only to have it leak/spray right after I turn on the water. Same problem with the accompanying part -- U4301-PK, the pin mount. Water leaks from the swivel connector. On the third one of those, as well.
