A wonderful concept!

The idea behind this small piece is huge. The diverter lets you choose either your shower head, handshower or both. The lever is easy for anyone to use (no more push-pull knob). And the icing on the cake is you don't have to put any extra holes in your wall for a bracket. A+ all around! My remodeling/ updating customers love it.

Rubber Gasket Issues

As John G stated, a year ago, the rubber gasket breaks and leaks. My gasket looks just like John G's does in his pictures. I also, have one more issue. I need to replace the hose for the handheld shower and when I go to remove the hose, on the end that connects to the diverter, instead of the hose disconnection from the diverter, the piece in the images twists off of the diverter assembly. I tried to hold it to remove the hose and the sharp edges cut my hand. Where can I find a hex key that fits the part in the picture?
