Great benefits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sleep plus beauty melatonin gummies have become a must have part of my bed time routine when I'm irritable and cannot rest. I like the gummy itself is a good flavor and a chewy texture. I also enjoy the benefits of not only getting a good night's rest but it also contains biotin for my hair , skin and nails. The package says take 30 minutes before bed which I think is accurate, I usually am asleep rather fast after these and I stay asleep. It is so nice not waking up multiple times in the night so irritable . I feel these gummies are a great thing to keep by your bed when you just cannot get your brain to calm and let you rest .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these gummies recently and was excited to try them. So far I am honestly impressed. These gummies are to help you sleep better and they definitely work for me. I have been waking up feeling refreshed and well rested since I've been taking these gummies. The gummies even have a tasty raspberry taste! There is a bit of an aftertaste temporarily and the texture is a little weird but overall I would highly recommend these gummies. They are amazing!
