I am very happy with the Mantra Hydrate powder. I always worry about the flavor of hydration powders, especially being sugar free but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The powder mixes well when you add it to water and doesn't leave any clumping behind. I like that it is full of vitamins as well. I use this powder after all of my HIIT workouts!
