The mattress was conveniently shipped, and it came days earlier than it was slated to arrive. It was vacuum-wrapped, so it was easy to handle. It is very comfortable, and inexpensively replaces a mattress and spring combination. For my frame, I need a bed board to make sure everything is level, but I love the product and the whole process of ordering and receiving it. It was very easy and very rewarding.
