Commercial Blue Plastic Cutting Board - 18 x 12 x 1/2

Blue color coded for food service use to isolate preparation of seafood and raw fish. Textured surface helps to keep the cutting board from slipping while also adding slight grip while cutting. Made from high density polypropylene, this material is safe for high temperature dish washers and is highly resistant to warping. In addition, this FDA approved material is longer lasting than standard polyethylene plastic and will show less knife scars over time.
