This office chair, which is made in Taiwan, is of very good quality. There are many metal parts (as opposed to cheap plastic) that makes it sturdy and durable. However, I found two flaws with it. I am unable to adjust the tilt of the backrest (supposedly the chair comes with that functionality but I can't get it to work). Second, and more importantly, the seat cushion is not comfortable when sitting on it for more than a few hours. Why does this matter? If one is using this chair for 7 to 8 hours of work (with obvious short breaks for lunch and using the toilet), then your bottom begins to feel a bit sore. The cushioning just isn't adequate. For such a relatively expensive chair, HON should have provided a better seat cushion.
Unlike, the seat cushion, the backrest is of great quality and comfort. However, HON should make it easy to adjust the tilt and tension on the backrest and have demos on how to make those adjustments work.
If you must get the HON Boda chair, my recommendation is to try its sister version which is the identical chair (meaning same great quality) but a mesh seating to rest your bottom (see the Walmart link below). The sister version is usually available for about 50 bucks more than this chair and could be the better alternative.

Note that I purchased the HON Boda chair on another website but am providing my review here on Amazon as well for the benefit of others evaluating this chair.
