Instructions
Children two years and older should chew one jelly bean daily, under adult supervision, 30 minutes before bedtime. An adult should make sure the child chews the jelly bean thoroughly before swallowing. The child should not exceed the recommended dose. Contact a physician if the child is currently taking other medications before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place at 45 – 75 degrees. Do not consume if the seal under the cap is broken.

Works well!
I had gotten this for when my kids are sick and having trouble sleeping but for some reason its pretty powerful. I ate one just to see what it tasted like and i was knocked out cold within a half hour. Which makes no sense because when i take melatonin I usually take 5-10 mg. I guess I never needed that much. But I will give my 3 year old maybe half a jellybean should she need it and see how it does.

Kids Love Taste
I am a fan of Spring Valley products and even use the adult 10mg for myself on bad nights. Was using 5mg for kids but these 1mg works when needed. I do not need too often because they play hard but nice to have something when needed. With twin 6 year old and a 5 year, does get hectic at bedtime.
