    Better than original

    The pump in the kitchen dispenser never worked well. When it finally failed, I contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement. The new pump was perfect. No charge, and worked better than the original ever did. Friendly and expedient service. I'll stay with this company for all my water products.

    Good dispenser

    Bought this product ~ 5 years ago. Pump is very smooth and easy however the bottom piece break after 5 years. Called customer service and received a completely free replacement hassle free!!! Looking at the new one, look like it's a better and stronger construction. Only time will tell but I will still recommend this product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
